Welcome to Rise up to the Top, a solidarity expedition across the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco aimed at supporting entrepreneurship in this region. During the summer of 2021, we met with local entrepreneurs to understand their challenges and needs, and we established the solidarity incubation program RIse up to the Top to help these entrepreneurs realize their dreams. We are thrilled to share with you our film that will take you on our journey through the High Atlas. You will discover the inspiring stories of the local entrepreneurs we met and the breathtaking landscapes of this region. Edukaskills Solidarity Foundation is a non-profit association created in accordance with Law No. 75-00 amending and supplementing the Dahir of 3 Joumada I 1378 (November 15, 1958) regulating the right of association. It is governed by the provisions of these statutes, its own rules of procedure and its charter of commitment.

The main purpose of the Association is to define, support in terms of management, stimulate and financially support programs, projects and activities with a strong social impact.

The purpose of the Association will be achieved through the implementation and management of programs, projects and activities in the following areas:

As well as in any other field likely to contribute to social development, in the Kingdom of Morocco and in the countries of intervention of the Association internationally.

INTERVENTION FRAMEWORK

The Association's intervention framework is to bring out ideas for programs, projects and solidarity actions, to study their feasibility, to contribute to their setting up and their implementation, to seek funding and to engage the operational partners in charge of the implementation of these programs, projects and actions while promoting the results obtained for its stakeholders.

The action of the Association aims to be in line with the overall framework of national programs, such as the New Development Model in Morocco and internationally, and the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.


To do this, the Association will constitute a network of national and international skills from different socio-economic sectors (employee managers, entrepreneurs, engineers, doctors, lawyers, academics and socio-economic actors) all willing to support and develop the object , the mission, vision and values ​​of the Association.

AREAS OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Contribute to developments in the social and solidarity economy in Morocco: participation as a partner in events, skills sponsorship, publication of articles and studies

Establish a network of patrons and sponsors to support the association's programs, projects and actions

Organize events within the framework of the areas of intervention of the association: 3 per year (2023-25)

Deploy the Rise up to the Top incubation program to 300 beneficiaries in 2023, 500 in 2024 and 700 in 2025

Support and capitalize (*) on the international event Nordic Sustainable Development Fair "blue economy challenges and opportunities" organized by Edukaskills in October 2023, for the benefit of the development of programs, projects and actions in the 4 areas of intervention of the association (project until 2025)

Contribute to developments in the social and solidarity economy in Morocco: participation as a partner in events, skills sponsorship, publication of articles and studies

    (*) Participation in the scientific committee, in the organization + securing cash donations and skills sponsorship for the benefit of the association's programs, projects and actions.

    MEANS OF IMPLEMENTATION

    The Association will constitute a network of national and international skills from different socio-economic sectors (employee managers, entrepreneurs, engineers, doctors, lawyers, academics and socio-economic actors) all willing to support and develop the object, the mission, vision and values ​​of the Association.


    In order to achieve its purpose, Edukaskills Solidarity Foundation will use donations in cash but also in kind from private companies, public organizations, international cooperation institutions and also individuals. All of these donors will benefit from visibility in the communication actions and in the social impact reports of the Association's programs and actions.


    In order to implement its purpose, the Association will call on specialized external service providers, whose corporate purpose and nature of activities will meet its needs and whose existence and activities will be legitimate, in particular by placing orders with them for consulting services, studies, training, incubation or any service necessary for its purpose.

    OPERATIONAL VERSION

      Operationally, the Association has the following objectives:

      • Ensure the implementation of programs, projects and activities related to its purpose,

      • Facilitate relations with its partners / service providers in their capacity as actors in the fields of education, entrepreneurship, sports and well-being and sustainable development (companies, research and development centers, training and higher education, associations, NGOs, public institutions, etc. around solidarity projects with a strong social impact,

      • Create a dynamic of exchanges and synergies favorable to the development of its object,

      • Contribute within its ecosystem to strategic thinking on social entrepreneurship,

      • Foster a dynamic of progress allowing the beneficiaries of its action to become more competitive in their preferred markets,

      • Develop a policy of communication and promotion of its commitment at national and international level,

      • Organize or participate in the organization, both in Morocco and abroad, of events of a commercial, promotional or technical nature, likely to develop its brand image and those of the programs it carries.

        The Association has defined a selection and qualification policy for programs and projects which is the subject of a specific chapter in the Internal Regulations and selection grids.

          In order to achieve its statutory social impact commitment, the association operates with global performance indicators which will be supplemented by indicators specific to each program, project and action:
